Each school year families must complete enrollment forms in agreement with RC3 polices that have been established to help families and RC3 work together to provide excellent education and environment for students.
All required enrollment/registration forms are emailed, can be printed, and either submitted in person or through mail. Applications/registrations will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. This is important due to class maximum sizes which are preset based on room size limitations and to offer a higher teacher to student ratio. Every class will at minimum have the teacher and another adult to assist. Classes that do not make the minimum size (8) will not be held.
Classes will be closed once the maximum limit is reached; however, students can be placed on a waiting list. Families will be notified by phone or email.
Only completed packets with included fees will be processed.
All fees are non-refundable. However, if a class does not make the minimum size to proceed then Class Tuition & Material Fee will be returned.
• Family Enrollment Fee-(Requirements to hold spot in class)
This is a one time registration fee per school year per family. This fee is non-refundable. This fee is due at the time of enrollment and no pro-ration is allowed.

• Class Tuition
The first tuition payment is due by August 15th. This fee is non-refundable.
At the time of enrollment, For now, payment options will include Cash or Check. Tuition for Oct. and Nov. is due at the first class of each month - NO Exceptions. Later, before first tuition payment is due we will offer a paypal option.
A $10 Late fee will be assessed for every week the tuition is late.
Tuition Fee Per Class:
Most classes are $35 per month. (All classes are held one time per week for the duration of 70 minutes) Some classes such as Robotics are a little higher $50 per month and others like Theater are lower $25 per month.
• Material Fees
The board and teachers work together to determine a class materials fee that is a one time per semester fee due at time of registration. These fees cover all necessary supplies your child will need for the class. The teacher will purchase items for each class on an as needed basis. Some items such as workbooks need to be ordered. It is necessary to collect these fees at registration for the teachers to have time to prepare for lessons and projects.
RC3 CANNOT accept incomplete Enrollment Packets. ALL forms must be signed, and ALL fees must be received. NO spaces can be held. All classes are filled on first come, first serve basis. Families will be interviewed/notified of class placement- by phone after receipt of complete enrollment packet.
